Has your back or nerves been feeling fatigued, fried or frayed? Have you been feeling the need for a reset or recharge? This yoga series is just for you.
Join Holli for this night series where we'll explore Yin poses followed by Yoga Nidra. These sessions are designed to fully express and engage the spine through yin poses, which will allow the body to relax more fully and with deeper ease. With our Yoga Nidra we will enter deep states of meditation, accessing the theta and delta brain waves only found in deep sleep or relaxing meditation. We will counter the yang energy of our society -- that go, go, go, push energy. It's time to restore balance and calm in your body and mind. It's time to support your life energy.
The classes will be live on Zoom every Thursday night in October (5 weeks), but they will also be recorded (teacher visible only) and accessible for 6 weeks!
